Peter Krikstolaitis
Peter is a highly experienced senior leader in education, career and skills development, with that experience spanning Australia, Oceania, Asia, Europe and North America. This has included both the private and public sectors in schools, vocational and higher education, universities and global career management, as well as managing and partnering in his own businesses in China, India and Australia.
He is an Executive Director of Kudos; and was previously the CEO of Swinburne College, a division of Swinburne University; the manager of Careers & Learning for the Navitas group and spent 12 months as the European Manager for Navitas Professional. He was an early participant in international education, with a focus on offshore relationship development and management. He has been an education professional throughout his career, including time as Principal in the international school sector.
His most recent interests have been to explore and develop programs using digital engagement to expand both reach and access of education and career management development to a large audience, remaining focused on the improvement of graduate outcomes.
David Bycroft
David is one of Australia’s most successful business developers and a recognized quality advocate for International Student services.
David commenced his work in the International Education Industry in 1999 and has been acknowledged as the leader in the development of compliance and new service standards for Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) (1999 to 2007).
The Australian Homestay Network (AHN) was founded by David in 2007, and created acceptable guidelines and standards for Homestay in Australia – AHN has now placed almost 50,000 international students into successful homestay. In 2011 David was appointed by the NSW Government to be a member of the New South Wales Government Taskforce on International Education and Research.
David founded the American Homestay Network (AHN USA) in 2012 – helping to create global standards for homestay.
International Students presented David with a ‘Remarkable Achievement Award’ from the Council of International Students of Australia (CISA) in 2013 for his ‘outstanding contribution to international students in Australia’.
Kieran Wallis
Kieran is an experienced professional who has engaged in international education throughout his career. He has success in building and developing business across Asia across higher education and college levels. He has direct experience of education in Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam and India and Australia.
Kieran is also the General Manager of Kudos, managing their Sydney office. Prior to joining Kudos, he was the National Sales Manager for Navitas Professional – Careers & Internships.
He leads the technology management for ISS and works with clients to effectively project manage and ensure positive outcomes.
Katie Browne
Katie achieved her BA Joint Honours Degree in Chinese and Management Studies from the University of Durham in 2003, since then she has gained extensive experience within the education and training sectors in the UK, Asia, and on a global level.
With over 10 years’ experience in education, training and development, as well as the employability skills sector, she has a strong track record of delivering revenue growth, as well as the ability to develop market opportunities overseas.
Over the past 6 years Katie has successfully led on overseas student recruitment for English Language and Academic full-time programmes in the UK (meeting and exceeding targets), with a particular focus on Greater China, Japan and South Korea. In the last 4 years, her roles have had an increased focus on global business development and the relationship management of key stakeholders.
